چکیده:
Many researches have suggested that teaching is a stressful job. Consequently, mostof the teachers are encountered several mental and physical disorders one of which isBurnout. Teachers who are burned out are unable to teach effectively and can beharmful for the educational system, since demotivated teachers can affect theirstudents, too. Although so many studies have investigated the fundamental causes ofstress and burnout, still there exist a lot of problems about this issue that needsattention. As a result, this paper, tries to first give a better understanding of teachersstress that may lead to burnout and then have a review on the causes of thisphenomenon in some of the previously published articles.
